"I became a Toccoa local a few months ago and have not booked here; however, the beauty of the place is breathtaking from the outside. I did not request to go in but thought my post would be very helpful to my google followers."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Simmons-Bond Inn. It's a beautiful house and Bella and Bill are wonderful hosts. They have thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding. They are knowledgeable about the history of the house and the area. The town had a music festival the night we were there and it was great. Highly recommend this inn!"

"My wife and I were looking to book a quiet getaway in the mountains over Fourth of July. We searched Tallulah, Clayton, Dillard, and many other surrounding areas online for that perfect and quiet place to stay. We made no headway for a couple of days. Finally, we discovered the Simmons-Bond Inn Bed & Breakfast in Toccoa, a little more than a stone's throw away from a super-large three story antique store, a history museum, Toccoa Falls, and much more. On the second day, we hopped in the car and were antique shopping in Clayton and Dillard in no time at all. But the highlight of our stay was the bed & breakfast itself. The owners, Bill and Bella, were lovely and accommodating throughout our stay. We love history and exquisite woodwork from the turn of the century, so we were delighted that they gave us a tour of their Victorian mansion with answers to all our questions. We stayed on the top floor in the Maria room. The Maria is in the super-quiet back of the house and has its own private corridor with large stellar bathroom. Bella explained that the Maria had been the servants quarters back in the day. We loved the bed, the antiques, and the high ceilings which gave the room a nice airy feel. Now comes the equally-major highlight -- the breakfasts. My wife and I left our room at about ten-til-eight each morning for our scheduled 8:00 breakfast in the dining room on the main floor. Each morning, the sound of lovely classical music immediately filled out ears and drew us down the beautiful staircase to the smells of the best gourmet breakfast to ever have been created. Bill is a retired air traffic controller, so that experience along with Bella's perfect gourmet wizardry brought us in for the perfect landing both times. Each time, we dined on a different wonderful three course breakfast under perfect lighting, while conversing and drinking in our Victorian and Greek Revival surroundings -- not to mention cranberry juice, orange juice, and gourmet coffee For a moment in life, I was Jack, and my wife was Rose. After this experience, we truly believe that the heart does go on. Thank you Bill and Bella for the perfect stay."

"I love this little gem! The 3 course, homemade breakfast is absolutely amazing! So much so, I just had to get a recipe to enjoy it at home! The room's and host's were extremely accommodating, to say the least! Bella and Bill are amazing people, sharing their beautiful, historic treasure's for all to enjoy! I can't say enough good things about them and their place! 10 out of 10, I would absolutely recommend a stay here, for whatever reason! Thank you so much for the awesome experience ❤️"

"We had an excellent experience at Simmons- Bond. We don't have a great deal of experience with bed and breakfasts, but after this we would like to! The owner's: Bill & Bella take great pride in their charming and historic home. We were greeted with a full tour and for a reasonable fee we were permitted to check in early, which was very helpful. The Inn is very convenient for exploring the area, especially Toccoa Falls. And the breakfast...omg! They put a lot of effort and love into their breakfast, and it's as good as any restaurant we've ever been to. We did not have the opportunity to try their dinner package but we heard from other guests it was excellent. We highly recommend the Simmons-Bond Inn."
