"Living at Blackberry Mountain apartments was one of the best experiences from my time spent in Toccoa! The management staff are involved and present in the day-to-day operations of the complex; they are always working to improve and renovate the apartments and the surrounding area. The apartments are not far from town, and they are in a tucked-away quiet area. I enjoyed getting to know the neighbors and the people living nearby, especially since the apartments are so close to Toccoa Falls College. No complaints! I highly suggest renting from Blackberry Mountain apartments!"
"The person I visited lived in an apartment that was not in good condition. I don't know how the other apartments are, but if the rest are in the same shape I wouldn't want to live there."
