"Never showed up for pick up. I contacted them the night before around 11pm. Scheduled at ride for pick up the next morning at 4:30 am at my hotel and the taxi never came. Called the phone number and no answer. Luckily I was able to grab an Uber and make my flight."
"Used them a few weeks back driver was late and they weren’t up front with their costs. There wasn’t even a meter in the car and they wouldn’t give me a receipt. It was some guy’s personal car not even a taxi. Google needs 0 stars, 1 is too many for Savannah Taxi."
"WORST PLACE EVER. Booked a cab for 4:30AM the day before and asked about the rates. The woman said $20 for the first 5 miles then $3/mile afterwards. Our trip was less than 20 miles and they charged me $150.00. When I called the manager said it was a busy weekend and there was an event going on that's why the prices doubled. She confirmed she never told me this information and wouldn't offer any sort of refund. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS !!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! Edit: Driver was also 8+ mins late. Phone call from the driver was at 4:38AM and took another 5 mins to physically get us. We weren’t on a difficult street to find either. Thanks for getting us but you lied about your prices and did nothing to rectify the situation. That’s a shady move."
"Service was prompt and courteous until I paid. Company didn't employ any drivers when I called and only served as dispatch. Only after I paid, did they share that there was no oversight regarding what the driver charged and they offered no resolution for price discrepancies. They would not share whether drivers were vetted or qualified. Won't be using this service again."
"Called for taxi and was advised that it will be between 15 and 30 minutes. Since no one showed up, I’ve called them back 45 minutes later and the response was that the driver was calling me but no answer. I don’t have any missed call. However, called again, confirmed the order and the phone number and yet 20 minutes since no call no show. Not a great way to start with née customer."
