"An overall positive experience while my child was a patient. It wasn’t until the final appointment that the experience was weird. The technician asked to come to the back while the braces were removed so that Dr. Andrews could speak, but he completely ignored me. Then she noticed the awkward situation and told me I could go back to the waiting room, but I chose to continue sitting in the treatment area. Once Dr. Andrews was finished he continued to ignore me and gave my teen instructions. The treatment before they receive your business and money is different once they’re done with you as a patient."

"Sorry in advance for this long post. I am just so very happy for this opportunity. Rogers & Andrews Orthodontics is an answer to my prayers. From the first day, I fell in love with this practice. Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Andrews are so friendly and make you feel like family. Let me give the reason I feel in my heart that this orthodontic practice is truly a God send, My dentist, Dr. James Ray, whom I also love, listened to my concerns about my chewing was off and I was biting my upper lip and he referred me to Dr. Andrews. Let me tell you about the staff at R & A….OMG! When I called the office for an initial consultation, I spoke with Madison. She set the tone for me by being so friendly and professional. She explained the process and what to expect from the first visit. She got me in quickly (she offered me the next day but I was unable to come but 2 days later I was in the office). On my first appointment day, Lori greeted me like family, gave me a tour of the office, introduced me to staff (friendly and acknowledged me) and took care of me throughout the visit. Dr. Andrews came in after X-rays, pictures, etc. was so kind, informative and made you feel like family as well. I felt like he really wanted to help me. In the past, no one gave me a chance or had confidence in my outcome. The last person I saw during this visit was Susan. She is so sweet and made you feel so comfortable with her knowledge of insurance coverage and patient’s financial portions which didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. She talked to me to ease my fears just like I was a part of the family. This practice is AWESOME!!! Yesterday, I had another appointment. (3 weeks later) Stacie and Dr. Andrews took care of me. Stacie was so kind, patient with me, and encouraging. She explained the process and what to expect every step of the way as she set me up for new my Invisalign treatment. Stacie made sure I was comfortable and was gentle. She educated me about my new Invisalign trays and aftercare. I was totally informed and equipped when I left their office. Stacie even assisted me with the setup of the app @ myInvisalign and personalizing it to my needs. Greeting in a personable fashion, Dr. Andrews’ bedside manner was gentle, comforting, and a professional approach. I trust him totally with his recommendations. It has been a crying, happy moment for me since I started with Dr. Andrews and his amazing staff and I am so proud to be a patient with this practice. I would recommended Rogers & Andrews Orthodontics to any- and everyone!!!! I can’t thank them enough for helping me when I had lost all hope!!!"
