"I absolutely love her and my daughter loves her as well! With being a first time parent, she definitely understands that we tend to freak out over the littlest things when it comes to our babies. She lets us know what they should be doing or even starting to do as far as by their next doctor visit. The only down fall about the office is when I brought my daughter in today to be seen for a rash, keep in mind my daughter doesn't handle strangers well and she's 4.5 months old. My daughter was freaking out and crying when the doctor came in and you could tell the doctor was getting frustrated with my daughters crying. When she passes her to me so she could check her ears, she just drops her into my arms without even asking or making sure I had a grip on her. So my daughter could have easily fallen. Next time, ill make sure my daughter sees Dr. Ligon or someone else thats not on weekends or after hours because now knowing thats how that doctor handles infants, never again. Aside from that situation. She was okay. The nurse was super nice though and understood when I explained to her that my daughter freaks out when she sees strangers."
