"The associate I spoke with was nice, but the state of the restaurant is deplorable! there was trash all over the floor when I pulled up, there’s a broken glass door held together with duct tape, and there was vulgar music playing. Not to mention I waited 10+ minutes."
"Surprised to see only drive thru. No individual stalls like normal Sonic. Wanted bacon cheeseburger but they were out of bacon. Employee thought we were not going to place order and started to tell us goodbye but we ordered regular cheeseburgers instead. Loved the Cranberry Limeade!"
"We ordered our drinks through the app and pull up in the spot you pull up in when you go through the app . The app showed it was completed . We waited the van in front of us pull off and got in the line. It was a sunny 70’s day on Friday the 1/26/24 . We sat in line 28 minutes.I hit my horn they act like they didn’t care. Our drinks were already paid for. She pointed to come around to the window. The drinks was ready 25 minutes before. It was NOT a slushy anymore. Please get better people to run your Sonic because you’re losing your business. Your reviewers are BAD. Most Sonic do better."
"When we went and it first opened it was great. New wore off now it's horrible. The past 4 times we have been there either told they didn't have what we wanted or turned away because they don't have change for a bigger bill. Went yesterday was told no change for $100 that's all I had. Called and talked to Kelsey the manager even told her how we have been turned away last few times. She apologized but no offer to try to make it right or anything. My wife and I both have been in the fast food business so we know how it can be but eventually you gotta do better. Drive to commerce it's worth it"
"I normally order a cherry limeade with strawberries!! i love the drink!! I like to order ahead so I can slide through on passing. I have had to wait for 30 minutes on just a simple drink order. I really hope this place turns something around so they can stay open."
