"This specific location is either really slow or turns you down when you go in to eat. Seems like the lobby is always a hit and miss. But with a 30 minute wait time you're better off going literally anywhere else. Half of the time, the tacos are over loaded with lettuce or falling apart and that's even in when you have the "pleasure" of sitting down inside to eat, but as mentioned is only sometimes."
"I came in 5 minutes before closing not realizing that the hours had changed I used the self pay keyosk for a rather large order. The manager comes up to me after I paid and explained the situation and that they were already breaking down the stations that they would have to alter some my order. He was very kind, and apologized. All my food was warm and all of the staff was great. My daughter loves the chicken tacos which we would never have tried if not for tonight."

"I ordered on the app and we ate in so that we could get Encharitos, which is an app only item. The picture on the app is seriously zoomed in because this was the actual size. $4.59 for that? It was really good but basically it's less than an appetizer. My wife and I went to Chick-fil-A next door for, I guess, the main course...lol. The service was good, although apparently they got a little bombarded by a couple of other people coming in and the drive-thru and so it took a little bit."
"Just one more ‘1 star’ review. After trudging through the order kiosk and being told that I couldn’t order at the counter because ‘that’s how it is’, I waited for the food to be prepared and got to hear the manager tell all the employees, regarding a drive-thru customer, “ I don’t care what she thinks. She says she’s not coming back… good! Not my problem!” Finally, our food arrived. Soggy tacos, infilled cheese dip, cold chicken, and tiny portions for our $28. I’ll go to the Clarkesville location here on out. You should too."
