"The lady that worked the drive thru was the best. She was light-hearted and friendly while taking my order, and while I was just sitting at her window waiting for cars to move. They were short-handed. And while we were waiting (1-2) mins, there was another customer that came up to the 2nd window and demanded her money back because she said she had been waiting 30 mins. Not sure if she was exaggerating, but we were only there, maybe 5 from me pulling in to pulling out."
"McDonald's in Toccoa has just gotten SO bad. The waiting time in line is absolutely ridiculous. The new people that they keep bringing in just aren't as friendly and helpful as the ones who had been there so long. Their prices have gone up just like everywhere else, but I used to be able to feed my kids here the cheapest. I just wish they would be more friendly and attentive like they used to be."
"Came here for lunch with my husband, went through the drive thru and handed us a busted cup that spilling all over us and so my husband went inside to tell them and thank goodness they saved the day by putting the busted cup inside a new cup just to continue spilling into the new cup. Didn't offer to give a new drink or cup and didn't apologize. Food was okay but thrown together sloppily. Wont be back to this one."
"Went to Cornelia McDonald’s this morning for breakfast and when I got home and reached into my bag I pulled out my sugar packet that had chewed up gum!! I even asked specifically for extra bacon on my McGriddle but they gave me extra cheese instead I literally had maybe 1 piece of bacon on it!! My husband got a sweet tea and literally just tasted like sugar water!"
"Worst Mcdonalds ever! I did curbside order and been waiting for almost 15 mins there got my food its already cold and the burgers are terrible didnt even eat them they look terrible seems like they step on it many times and throw everywhere before giving it out to me! I dont trust this location with my food! Never again!"
