"I would not recommend Bolton Air. My husband and I called and requested our unit to be serviced after we had a power outage because it kept shorting out. While I appreciate them waiving their rather large service fee, they never returned my 6 phone calls. I was not home when they came out, but my husband was and he asked the technician if we could get an estimate on what the charge should be, and he said around $200-$250, which is fine. I never got an invoice, so I called to request the invoice be sent. I got the invoice and it was $400. I called to inquire about the invoice because it was double what I expected. My husband is a man of integrity and would not just make up a number of what he was told we would owe. I was told five times over two weeks they would call us back after the invoice was reviewed, and we never got a call. I know the owner’s wife, which is why I chose to support this business, but we will be spending our hard earned money somewhere else for any future needs."
