"I called to see if they could come out and service my dryer. A lady answered the phone and said we don't service that brand, however I never told her the brand. So when I said "I never told you the brand" she then said we don't service dryers 3-4 years old. I said mine is not 3-4 years old. I politely told her I'll take my business else where because clearly she didn't want it. Not good customer service at all!!!!!"
"I called yesterday to see if I can get a technician out to look at our washer. She said she didn't have her books in front of her but "thinks" she could get to us the next day between 1-3. She said she would look to make sure and call me the next morning if anything changes. I gave her the model number and my name and phone number. I called at 12pm to make sure tech is still coming. She said "I WAS SUPPOSE TO CALL HER" And that the tech was already scheduled. I told her how important it was that someone comes out. She said they could be here around 230. I recieve a caLL back within minutes to say they don't work on front load washers. WHAT?! Willa had this infor.ation for more than 22 hours and now she tells this. Don't waste time with them."
