"My daughter and I went to my story on Sunday, January 28, 2024 so I could get some clothing for casual Monday. Upon arrival there was a faint hello and I didn't see anyone. I was looking for specific items, was never asked if needed help. Approached a sales person to get help to find the items I was looking for and said hello, how are you and no response was a blank stare. The atmosphere did not seem very helpful and welcoming, which is disappointing because this is the first time I encountered this, and would usually have a feel good feeling when leaving the store, but not this time at all. Even my 12 year old daughter had a bad feeling after leaving the store."

"Not impressed. I was next door and decided to call to see what sizes they carry considering a lot of boutiques don’t carry plus size. I typically am an XL in most things. She told me they carried S-3XL and occasionally have XS. I was glad because I needed an Easter dress. Once I entered the store I was not greeted, I looked around and found a dress I liked but needed help getting it from the top rack and felt judged immediately after asking. I’m not sure what it was but neither girl was friendly or inviting."
"Decided to buy my 21st birthday outfit here! Spent 130 dollars I only bought shoes, a shirt, and jeans. Putting on the shirt it fell apart. So I fixed it up real quick so I could at least get to dinner. While at dinner my heel broke on the shoe which had NAILS coming out of it. So I couldn’t even finish the rest of my birthday plans and struggled to make it to the car without getting nails in my foot from the broken shoe.Called the store the next day and they were no help AT ALL! So 130 dollars down the drain and a 21st birthday ruined!!"
