He not only talked to me like a person he took the time to address my concerns. Showed me why I was having the problem (fuse blowing) and took the time to repair the wire so it wouldn't blow again!"

"Recently purchased a part that I have returned several times because it doesn’t fit. Ordered one from the store and it didn’t fit as well. Went in today to return and get my money back the guy at the counter asked a manager who told me I couldn’t return the part for a refund. She then said they are getting in trouble for refunding certain parts which she don’t have a good attitude when asked what that got to do with the customer and my part. So basically I’m now stuck with a part that’s unusable and out of $80. I’ve had good experiences here as far as returning parts that are electronic I’d like to know what’s the problem today. This experience may send my business across the street as I will be telling all my fellow mechanics what I went through today. I am pissed"
