"You need more people at this store. My husband had prescriptions sent to the pharmacy after visiting MedNow, he has the flu - type A. At a little after 12 noon I called to see when it would be ready - I was told 1:00. Got there at 1:20 in car line with 2 cars ahead. 8 minutes later, when I arrived at the window - Keeshiana said that only was ready. I said well I called at 1:00 and was told they would be ready, can you tell me when they will be? She said we are closing for lunch now. I said, okay can you tell me when they will be ready?? She's looking at me as if she had told me - I said I know you are going to lunch now, can you please ask the pharmacist when both will be ready? She did and said the pharmacist said the registers are closed. I said again... I understand that, when you get back, when will the prescriptions be ready? She asked the pharmacist who said 2:30. I told her that I would be back then, but I would never have another prescription filled at that location. In the meantime, at exactly 1:30 my husband received a text saying both prescriptions were ready. It is much nearer to me but I will never go to this location again after today. When I went back at 2:45, giving extra time again - I went inside the store because the car line had 5 cars....only to find myself in a line with 10 people in front of me. 20 minutes later, as I was the 2nd one in line, Keeshiana (window worker) while walking very slowly to get someone's prescription actually looked at me and smiled with a definite smurk. I was appalled. When I finally got the prescriptions, I asked the girl who helped me how I could let management know that I was not happy, that I was not going to hold anyone else up (there were now 6 people behind me and one man mentioned it was his 2nd trip there also). I asked her what Keeshiana's name was and went to the front desk. I then went to the front because my husband said he'd received a text saying we had 2 free covid tests to pick up. Again, it took the 2 guys over 10 minutes to locate the package, I had given him the order #. There were 2 brown bags on a shelf. He looked at one and then texted the manager. He finally looked at the 2nd bag which on the opposite side, had the order # and my husband's name. They were nice but obviously not trained well. I normally do not complain, but trying to get meds for my sick husband and having to drive 20 minutes to get to the store twice and not getting his meds until after 3:00 pm was too too much. I will never go back to that store. The store in Evans on Hereford Farm Rd which is twice the distance is who we normally use, but my husband was hoping this time would be different with the Grovetown store......not a chance, done going there. Will stick to the Hereford Farm location."

"This is by far the worse pharmacy in the area! I’ve been using this pharmacy for 3 years after relocating to the area. Despite the extensive wait time, the staff members (including the pharmacist) are the RUDEST I’ve ever encountered. Everyone seems angry and bothered just by pulling up to the window, calling or approaching the counter to pick up medication. To say they lack customer service skills is an understatement. The wait time to pick up rx’s is 30 minutes minimum, regardless the time of day. Although it’s unpleasant and can be an inconvenience, I could deal with the extended wait time and long lines. However, I cannot and will not deal with the rudeness from every staff member and the pharmacy, including the pharmacist. I transferred all 4 members of my family medication to a nearby pharmacy. I’ve been with CVS for over 30 years. Hopefully, when I relocate, I can switch back to CVS in another region."

"UNBELIEVABLY bad customer service!!! The store closes at 9, but the damn drive thru closes at 6!! Then you pull and go inside and there's 30 people in line at the walk up counter at the pharmacy! Why can't the drive thru stay open later??"

"This pharmacy is a joke. I’ve never had as many problems filling medication for my kids anywhere than I do here. Every time you call to ask how long it will take they are rude and I get different responses with every call. I wouldn’t recommend this cvs to anyone."

"CVS at this location was listed as a location that provided a COVID RAPID test. I was able to schedule an appointment online on the CVS website and then when I got there was told that they did not do COVID appointments. Why is this location even available to make a COVID appointment if it is not a location? This location should be removed from the website to be able to make an appointment at. This wasted my time today as I had to then scramble to find another location that would provide the COVID Rapid test."
