"There was hair in the sink when we checked in and they ran out of breakfast by 9am. In all fairness they were understaffed and overwhelmed with the amount of guest in town for various functions. On a positive note, the parking was plentiful and the hotel is on the “newer more modern side”. Perhaps on a less busy weekend it would be better and breakfast would be better. Overall 3/10…biggest issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom in our bedroom."

"Great layout and location. Staff was perfect! Our room faces Huger st and the road noise all night was loud. If I stay here again, I’ll request a room facing the parking lot. Definitely not a quiet place for rest during a business trip. Located near restaurants and main attractions Suite arrangement was nice with separate work, sitting area. Toilet and shower are separate rooms."

"Just stayed at this hotel for the first time. Let me say the staff is super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and very easy to get to places in downtown Columbia. The rooms are a little dated but fine. Mine had a broken desk chair in it and needed a conditioner bottle, which I just grabbed from the front desk. I did not try the breakfast in the morning and I did see there was a little bar area for drinks and snacks in the evening. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!"

"I’ve stayed here the four times I’ve been to Columbia and I will continue to stay here. The rooms are ideal for families. The shower and toilet are in separate rooms and two sinks. The staff is wonderful! They are always cleaning and emptying the trash. Everyone is so kind. Especially the breakfast lady during the week and the night time bartender. They make it feel like home."

"If I could give a zero rating to this property I would. During our stay, our group three separate instances of items missing. With that said, when one item goes missing and you report it, you chalk it up to a loss. When it happens 3 times in 48 hours and the property doesn’t recognize a problem you know something is wrong. As a Titanium member I am 100% disgusted with the whole situation. Employees in a car in the morning before their shift smoking weed should bring a lot of comfort to the guests that are supposed to be in a safe space. Coincidentally, while filing the police report and going through the runaround of trying to figure out where our items went, I was told by a member of management that there was confirmation that there was a problem with said employees and they were terminated…why you may ask? Because they were stealing from their own hotel. The General Manager is a rude woman who has passed the buck on everything. Refused to answer my questions because clearly she knows what happened but won’t fix the problem. This property should be completely gutted of staff. Start it all over because the people who are there are rude, incompetent, untrustworthy, and to put it bluntly horrible human beings. Everyone in the world has some sort of problem. Whether it be financial or just life kicking them in the butt. However, a thief is the worst kind of person. If you have an issue, don’t make other people’s lives worse trying to make your life better by taking their things. As with all of my other attempts to make this right, this will fall on deaf ears. We as a group will be out of our things. My wife will be without her wedding ring stolen, and this whole group of thieves win in the end. BRAVO!"
