Embassy Suites by Hilton Columbia Greystone

"Spacious king corner suite yet stains on living room furniture. Freezing cold indoor swimming pool and since the sun will never hit it I’m assuming it’s always freezing cold year around. No hot tub! Room was very dimly lit and dated. No usb outlets and my chargers wouldn’t stay plugged in outlets very good, outlets are very loose and need serviced. Room had no a/c or heat, just fan. Bathtub wouldn’t drain. Hair dryer handle was mucky and gross. The hot water is set so high it will burn you"

"This hotel rooms needs to be upgraded, Especially the smoking suites. The air barely worked in the one i was in. I was miserable trying to sleep through the night. But, it has beautiful features like the water fountain ⛲ in the center of the foyer. So relaxing and welcoming. I love how they upgraded the bar/happy hour area."

"This Embassy Suite is an older it shows. The room decor could use a little TLC. Furniture was worn, and wallpaper could use an update. Shower backing was cracked, and door had chips in the lower edge. Housekeeping came in changed towels and promptly dropped them outside our door. They sat there until the next afternoon. Besides being unsightly it was a tripping hazard for their physically impaired guest.Linens were clean and the bed was very comfortable. They had a delicious breakfast in the morning . The hotel restaurant had a nice variety of food. I thought the Chicken Alfredo was very tasty. They have a free reception for a couple of hours in the afternoon that was pleasant. The Atroum was beautiful."

"Carpet probably needs to be replaced. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Service is very good. Ms. Betty and Ms. Janet were exceptional. They made sure you were taken care of by day and by night. The reception/happy hour was done very well and the morning breakfasts were also done very well. The staff is courteous and friendly. I would stay here again."

"Although the rooms are in need of some major renovations and deep cleaning (smelled of urine upon entering, carpet stained, some lights didn’t turn on, wallpaper peeling, soap scum in shower), the beds are super comfortable and were clean, the rooms were spacious, and the service at this hotel is unmatched. Want to send a special shout out to Nick at the omelet bar, Miss Janet and Miss Betty for their welcoming attitudes and making us feel like friends instead of just guests. Breakfast was the highlight of our trip, and even though the rooms need attention, we would come back to stay at the Embassy Suites based on the beds and service alone."
