"Turned up the heater in room and never heated up. Turned it up to 85 degrees and still remained cold.. Rooms are not cleaned. Dirty bathroom where they kept the towels.Curtain on one of window half off rod. They have very small pillows for the bed.placed needs painted and walls need fixed. Curtains with stained brown streaks. Receptionist was very nice."

"The night time service guy was the worse. His attitude is awful. He was not a very friendly person. The room was not that great. But because of the service I got from the night person I will never stay their again. The Manager attitude was Pleasant and addressed the room concern, but not sure if she addressed the concern about the night time guy that works their."

"WOW, for a human being to do their job just to get a paycheck at the end of the week is one thing. At Comfort Suites at Harbison, Columbia SC Mrs. Andrena attends the front desk. She is that human that could see a customer in need by only the expression displayed on their face when entering. She noticed and attended to the emotional support needed. For her to care in such a way could only be explained as love for one another as people. One thing that GOD explains to us in the directions to life that the whole world needs more now than in a long time. If more of us could portray the kindness that she did we could be on our way in life. Brilliant job on this hire management, thank you"

"Got in late Friday night, room had blood on the sheets and guck all over the headboard. Called the front desk and got the nastiest attitude from the front staff. He even hung up on me. Got downstairs to change rooms and didn’t even look at me, he had the key waiting on the counter and pointed to it. He moved us to another room that had a stain on the sheet, half gallon of half drank milk in the fridge, melted candle wax on the floor and remnants of a part banner with tape and thumbtacks in the wall. Reported to management the next morning who was kind enough to have some one go change our sheets. We left the room for hours and upon returning we found a bedbug crawling across the freshly made bed. Told the front desk who was clearly not interested in caring, he tried to move us to a new room which happened to be a double and we were in a king. He proceeded to tell us we should not be picky as he was trying to help us out! We were stuck at midnight in a town we don’t live in without a place to sleep. We left the hotel at almost one am and went to find lodging elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting!"

"Location is very convenient. Room was very good; large and a bit dated but well kept. However, check-in was not pleasant. When I walked in and said "Hi", I was literally greeted with a grunt. No eye contact through the entire check-in. Everything he said after the grunt were 1 or 2 words - the bare minimum. Literally: "Name." ... "I.D." ... "Sign there" ... "Sign there" gave my wife the key cards and said to us, "That's it." and he walked away to the other end of desk. Didn't tell us room number (yes it was on the key envelope, but still). Absolutely nothing pleasant and only the bare minimum required to check in. Our mere presence was apparently an inconvenience. This description really doesn't do justice to the negativity. That being said, everyone has a bad day and I don't know if this is his usual demeanor. I hope whatever is going on in his life gets better. I would probably stay there again because the positives outweigh that one negative aspect."
