"I went to this place to pick up a money transfer when I stepped up to the window the staff was so unprofessional they were chit chatting and laughing I stood there for a while until they were done I gave them all the info but they were still laughing during the transaction not at all profesional they just refused to complete the transaction and instead of offering me solutions they just carried on with their conversation when I asked for a solution she just gave me attitude and if something can’t be done at least give me a solution instead she throw a tantrum. This cashier or “manager” PATRICIA she was having a bad day I guess she was so rude and unprofessional she was giving me attitude she told me that even if I get to fix the issue she won’t help me and that I shouldn’t come back well she is right about that I am never coming back to this place or using this service again."

"It's my go to place to cash my check. Staff so far have been very friendly and accomendating. Only 2 problems I have encountered so far. I do see 2 tellers on more frequently on Fridays and Saturdays which helps move the line quicker but waiting for checks to be cleared from there central office takes too long and please turn on the air conditioner you sweat like crazy waiting on line or waiting for a check to clear."

"Yesterday the cashier was very nice and she faxed over 3 documents for me with no problem, I forgot to bring my other documents and needed to make a fax today, the cashier refuse to do the fax. One of the services that payomatic have is to send faxes out for $1. Lack of service and the older male cashier who refused the services was very rude. My day just got ruined and my time was well wasted. VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE"

"The tellers are great, but the managers schedule only one teller on Thursdays and Fridays. So no matter what time you come in pay day after 3 pm there is a 7-8 person line. Why would you schedule one teller on the busiest pay days?? It’s absolutely ridiculous and there are times i come where thee is no need for 2 tellers. Get it together Payomatic"
