"My mom was having issues with her allergies and she made an appointment over the summer. When we went in for her appointment they claimed she owed a payment and we never received any bill in the mail. The receptionist was rude and condescending and had my mom upset and almost in tears. They refused to see her even though we had driven 2 hours to get to the appointment. We called her insurance and they could not find a bill that was owed."

"I was referred to this office in May of this year. They were my second hope since I didn't have any success at another facility. Allergy doctors are typically booked out and I totally understand, but when I finally was seen, my original records were not in, so a request for them to be transferred. Depending on the findings I would need additional testing. The representative informed me that they'd need to speak with the doctor about scheduling me. It's been 4 months and no follow-up. Not a great experience at all."
