"The salon has horrible management. The Waxing and eyebrows lady who works there is fine, but the managers are so disorganized. Every time I've come to this salon, there have always been issues--booking/appt conflicts, the managers prioritizing themselves or their family members for things, etc. I've come here with my own appt and had to wait half an hour so the managing lady could get her own waxing done during my appt time. And another time I booked an appt and they apparently double booked and rushed me out to prioritize the manager's daughter's appt. I have never seen such a disorganized place. Never coming to this salon again. I used to come here in the past when they first opened up and they were fine. I believe management changed at some point and everything went downhill. Do not recommend at all."

"I've been going to Wow for some time now maybe 2 years or so. I get wax services Brazilian and Underarms. The prices are certainly great compared to other businesses that provide these services. The one thing I'd like to point out is that sometimes I feel like they get careless when it comes to cleanliness. One time I was getting a wax and the lady took her glove off and proceeded to put her hand near my vaginal area and I had to ask her to stop and she informed me her glove was too big and they didn't have any her size currently. When i went yesterday for service the lady was coughing over me, Grant it she was wearing a mask but I still think you should turn away from people to cough in these times. They can also make sure to keep the rooms clear of clutter so it feels more like a spa experience instead of feeling like you are in a closet. They also sell jewelry there so I'm able to get nice pieces from time to time to freshen up my costume jewelry pieces. The earrings are native to their culture and are different and I like that."

"Very bad experience from their makeup artist. DO NOT GO THERE! She can be good at her work, but she's not good at dealing with clients and providing good customer service. I was a happy client, but 1 single bad experience and I will never go back. The makeup artist charge you as per your occasion, not as per the service you want. I wanted a simple party makeup , and because my wedding is in a few weeks, she wanted to charge me for the BRIDAL price, not for the simple party makeup. Upon explaining that I only need a simple party makeup, she kept on messing up the scene and kept fighting with her mother in front of me. Lady, you need to learn customer service. There is always a better way to deal with situation like these."

"I been going to this salon for past 6 months now. Everytime I go there I am always satisfied with the service. Yesterday I got waxing done by Anamica she was amazing and will definitely go for facial next time with her. This place is amazing and nothing can beat their reasonable price for all their services. Must try out!"

"The owner is very nice & welcoming. However, the waxing/brow lady is incompetent. She was in a rush to get rid of my sister and I, even though we made appts beforehand. She left hair all over my arms as well as leaving sticky wax all over both of our bodies. She also took WAY too much hair off my brows AFTER I told her not to make them too thin. If you’re not able to do a good job, don’t do it at all. Simple."
