"Clean store. Helpful people. I was disappointed that many yarn bins were empty. Specific color yarn for a project was the reason for my visit."

"The frame dept was able to cut glass for us within minutes, late in the day during Christmas week rush. Thank you!"

"We had 2 pieces framed recently, and the service was spectacular. We didn't feel rushed (despite a LONG decision on what matting to use) and they offered us great ideas. The staff seemed as excited about our artwork as we were. They were done before promised and one of the pieces had a slight chip in the frame when we inspected it, the worker wouldn't let us take it that way and insisted that they redo it. The redo was SUPER fast and absolutely perfect. Will definitely be back for future projects."

"I went to Michaels a few weeks ago for some water beads. If you do not know what water beads are, they are like acrylic beads that swell up in water and are used in ornaments. What I did not know was that before you let them set in water and swell up they are small little grains that look like raw sugar grains. Well, I had asked a cashier where they were, and was she point to an aisle and I walked over and uselessly look around. By the way, water beads do not say water beads on the bad. They say something like ornamental beads. So, I did not even know that were what I needed. So, I bounce around the store foolishly for awhile and finally decide to ask someone to help me. The person I asked happened to be the store manager. She was very kind and helped me find them. So, thank you for helping me. I also posted a few pictures of water beads. Very pretty and not so expensive to make an event even more special."
