"I was told that I couldn’t get a refill on my dogs heart worm meds because they had to do another heart worm test which they did the last visit and she had been taking the meds ever since. They then said the test was $54 dollars but then there was a $40 tech fee added. That means the test is $94 dollars not $54. Very misleading. This is how I’ve felt both visits here. I regret my decision to come here. Not because of the care fir my dog, which was good, but the misleading cost of services."

"This place doesn’t even call customers back from Vetco clinic! My daughter n law is a Vet and saids there is so many complaints from Customers! Called 2 months to get my service animal updated rabies nothing,even asked grooming intervene and no response which means I couldn’t get my pet groomed or updated shot mind you I have disabled kids and a zoo trip planned I have to reschedule!have to find somewhere that’s not negligent with care or is not lacking Staff!"
