"Always love a visit to our local pet store. The staff is always friendly... if you can find them... we waited a long time to get some crickets, but a nice gentleman from the front was very pleasant and came over when nobody else did and helped us out. We had a nice conversation about bearded dragons. He was great! The place is always clean and organized. The one complaint I have and always seems to boggle my mind is that I have a hard time finding help when I need it, but when I do get help, they are always friendly."

The choices are excellent, though the prices are not lower than small pet stores or those found online. Employees are friendly and helpful. I was taken aback when told a plastic bag is 10 cents extra."
"Not only are they entirely knowledgeable about animals but the associates are the best! Zoey is always prepared with crickets for my bearded dragon and always in a good mood. I've been to this location at least ten times in the past month and have never encountered an associate who wasn't polite and happy to help."
