"Horrible experience this time around, initially I gave a 4 star rating, but after the second trip getting my goldendoodle groomed and asked for the same teddybear haircut, my poor girl came out looking like a goofball. Her ears were shredded and looked like they had chunks cut out. Overall experience was not what was expected."

"This was Sheba’s first visit to Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming. We followed Miss Rebecca from another grooming service because Sheba loves her so much. Woof Gang was clean and pleasant with a lot of varieties of treats. All the ladies were helpful, cheerful and patient with Sheba and her Grandma (me)! We will definitely be back!"

From the friendly and accommodating front desk person to the groomer Michelle, this was hands down the best experience both I and my senior dog have had in years, probably ever. The professionalism combined with genuineness and such a warm personal touch, as well as just the right grooming (which was a HUGE challenge with my dog’s anxiety and lack of grooming for a few months) have sealed the deal for me. "I recently took my 5 month old ShihPoo puppy for her first visit to Woof Gang in Evans. I asked for her hair to be shaped up. When I picked her up she looked as cute as ever however 15 minutes later I noticed her rear paw was bleeding. Initially, I thought her nail may have been cut too short but after examining her foot, it wasn’t her nail bleeding, it was her paw pad bleeding. The pad did not just have a slight paper cut, it actually had a small chunk of the pad missing. I immediately called Woof Gang to let them know and offered to send a picture which I did within 20 minutes. The groomer nor management has reached out to me with an explanation or simply an apology. Evidently, returning customers and concern for animals is not a top priority for this groomer or business."
