"I love coming to this store when I’m in town from Florida however you never know when they will be actually open. I was in town 12/30 and the store was closed and today 1/13/24 the store lights was on however locked. We walked around for a bit and came back and the guy was just walking back with food and opened the store. Less than impressed with his customer service. The store smelled like marijuana and no help and the signs in the front of the store said sale however nothing was marked on sale but the guy was on his cellphone so we couldn’t really ask for assistance. Lids Corporate needs to do some real training here! Just sad really!"

"Bad service! They didn’t welcome us like other stores would. I asked to get my name on a hat and spelled it out for them, but when I went back to grab it I checked and it was spelled wrong. I told the guys and they started laughing about it instead of asking if I wanted it fixed. Never going back there!"

"Worst customer service I’ve ever had. No interaction at all. Me and my boyfriend walked in and there were 3 people standing in a circle just talking and laughing. We walked in and no one looked our way or even tried speaking to us. This is just not acceptable at all."

"HORRIBLE SERVICE. Checking out and a Nike hat had a tag for 22.00 however it rang up at 30.00. I pointed the issue out and the rep went and asked the manager who decided to do nothing. When I tried to talk more about the issue the rep cut me off and said " You gonna get it or not" . At that point, I decided not to get anything at all ( I had several items I was purchasing). Walking out the store, I saw the manager who listened to me, never apologized or offered to make things right...just very condescendingly said "I'll talk to her". I honestly believe that if I was a different color they would have been more receptive and service minded."

"When I first walked in, the gentleman there were assisting other people and they both seemed very nice & helpful. But the female was rude, unprofessional and doesn’t have a clue about customer service. She was so disrespectful and was very childish. Walking around talking about me like I couldn’t hear her. If you’re gonna be in management or a high position, you supposed to know how to talk to people especially if they haven’t given you a reason to be nasty. She refused to help but she had plenty to giggle about. The store started getting crowded and she was still in a corner still being unprofessional. Will NEVER return here again."
