"Worst customer service ever! Ordered product online and got confirmation email order was ready for pick up. Travel across town only to be told my order was canceled. No notification, NOTHING! Then the so called “‘manager” Shay said they had nothing to do with the email telling me to come pick my item up it’s generated by the website… LIE! She was rude, nonchalant, and did not take accountability for their mistake! Called customer service and they were very understanding and helpful on the other hand! Do better Hibbett Evans!"
