"I went to store and ordered and waited for my order. I ordered a large pepperoni lovers pizza. There were only 15 pepperoni on it. Did not even come close to covering it as pictured in their ads. I asked the young lady when she showed me the pizza if it was a pepperoni lovers and she assured me it was. Probably won't go there again."

"It's what you would expect from pizza hut. They've fallen off a bit from the glory days. Service at this spot is usually bad however. Unenthusiastic workers who are late to take orders and short with customers. Refuse to bring orders outside. But that's par the course with most fast food places nowadays. All in all would probably order again cause of convenient location."

"It started with our pizza being 10 minutes late. When we brought it inside, it smelled horrible, not like Pizza Hut normally smells. It kinda smelled like farts, if I’m being honest. Then when we opened the boxes, the icing to our cinnamon rolls was missing. All the food was cold. We heated it back up and fixed our plates because we were starving. My thin crust pepperoni was very bland and didn’t taste like it usually does (it’s been my favorite for years so I know how it should taste). My husband’s super supreme was so bad he only took 2 bites. He said it tasted “off”. We’ve gotten food poisoning from this same location several years ago but we decided to give them another chance. We were burned again. The only thing that tasted okay was the breadsticks. We both ended up being sick for 3 days from the couple of bites we ate of the pizza. I called the store as soon as my husband said his pizza was off. The person answering did not give me her name but said she’d send out a replacement order & to give ours back to the driver. I thought that was my only option so I agreed. After getting off the phone, my husband and I decided we didn’t want a replacement because it would probably have the same batch of ingredients. I called right back and told them to cancel it and we just wanted a refund. I told her the delivery driver could still come get the pizza back but we didn’t want a replacement, we just wanted our money back. I was put on hold several times and the girl was very rude about it. She refused to issue the refund over the phone and told us we HAD to bring the pizza back ourselves and that we could only receive our refund in cash (we payed through Apple Pay). I told her I would have to bring it back the next day. She told me to ask for Felicia when I came in. I went back the next day and asked for Felicia but she was not working right then. Instead I spoke to Christopher D. He was very apologetic for our experience. He issued me a refund, and informed me that it was not necessary to have brought my pizza back and that I should have been issued a refund the night before over the phone. I am very pleased with Christopher’s customer service, but the rest of the entire experience was such a nightmare that we will never order Pizza Hut again from any location."

"2023-05: I've been a customer here for many years, both pickup and delivery. My most recent experience was a pickup order. We had a large, thin crust Pepperoni Lover's pizza and a Personal Pan Pizza with extra onions. Everything tasted great, but I was a bit disappointed that the PPP barely had any onions on it. The Pepperoni Lover's was great, thought. Ryan, who gave me the order when I arrived, was pleasant and friendly. The store itself was in decent shape from what I could tell."

"I ordered online, as I do almost every week, and my order was delivered missing my drinks, my dessert, and my wings had no sauce. I called the store, I was on hold for about 30 minutes. The lady on the phone was as nice as she could be. But the manager refused to talk to me. Told me I had to call door dash, a service I didn't choose, about my missing items and send a complaint about my wings. I understand being busy and having to use door dash but the refusal to help is what angered me. I did call door dash, luckily the woman on the other line felt my frustration and decided to go above and beyond to help me. I've been ordering from this same store for years almost weekly and never been treated this bad before. Beyond frustrated."
