"How do you give a kids a whole nugget box of pickles instead of nuggets. Either intentionally being stupid, or unintentionally being stupid. Either way, people want $15 an hour and can’t even get an order right? And I worked in fast food for a while, I know personally it’s not that hard, it’s just laziness. Not the first issue we’ve had with this location."
"The food is not as great anymore as it was pre-covid, however its good. French fries are usually luke warm and not very hot, just like the burgers. The staff, though is very friendly and overall their service is good. If you just need to get something in your tummy then this works well and fast."
"My go-to McDonald's in Grovetown because it smells better inside than the other one. The food is usually as fresh as it gets at a McDonald's. Dining room isn't well insulated so it's a little chilly in winter and warm in the summer, but it beats the outside for sure. The service can take a while at rush times but overall the drive thru moves quickly and efficiently. Everyone is pretty busy, so don't expect a bunch of smiles and personal service, but I've never been disappointed. It's McDonald's- expectations matter."
"The reality is that McDonald's isn't offering a great indoor experience these days. Having said that, this McDonald's is probably as good as it's gonna get. Messy tables, sticky floors etc but the employee that brought the food was nice and that goes a long way. Food was correct which is saying a lot given it is wrong 80% of the time anymore. Food was prepared well and tasted good. Can't complain about that."
