"I absolutely love Pottery Barn and their furniture/other stuff. Unfortunately this location doesn’t have the best service. I was able to find a really nice comforter and Nite stand however the staff was not inviting so I ended up leaving. Guess I’ll just try to order the items online."
"Ordered kitchen table set, 3 bedrooms sets. Ordered in late august. No one items has arrived without it being defective or broken. Then the item sits for weeks because they don’t take it back they wait for the pieces. For a company they is supposedly high quality it is absolutely not. They will take you money quickly but to give you a product that worth the money is few far between. Plenty of other high quality furniture places out there then to rather deal with a company that has zero oversight of its shipping and handling then to take off work to accept delivery of broken furniture just makes you realize how much a company can careless about the consumer"

"I was so excited to walk into this store. It’s a beautiful store in a beautiful area. We walked in and not one person said hello to us. My husband and I walked the entire store, and again not once did anyone say hello and there were multiple workers there. We planned on purchasing a few items for our home, but after receiving zero customer service we opted on just leaving. Very disappointing! The store itself though is beautiful and we’re big fans of downtown Savannah."
