"I did my due diligence in researching prior to purchasing and, admittedly, was slightly put off by some of the reviews. However, you must remember that most people dont leave reviews unless theyre mad. I found Adam to have great communication, professionalism, and be extremely knowledgeable about his products. The two times I visited before purchasing I watched as he was extremely attentive to every customer who walked in, but also didn't hover or push when they wanted to browse. There are protective coverings at the foot of every mattress to enable you to try out each bed and he encourages it! He even tried to save me money by encouraging me to buy a model that was waaay cheaper than the one I was eyeing so I truly do not believe he is anything but a good business owner and an even better person. Do not just rely on reviews when patronizing a business. Go see for yourself! And try to remember to leave positive reviews as well when applicable!"

"Buyer BEWARE!!! Bought a king size mattress from the slick talking Adam, the store owner, a month ago. The mattress is sagging and is almost a sink hole. Called Adam today just to be disrespected and dismissed. Adam is selling defective mattresses. Do Not waste your time or hard earned money with this scam artist. Once an issue arises he will put it all on the mattress company."

"If I could give this store a rating of a minus - 10, I would! BUYER BEWARE . Salespeople are fine, the quality of what you are paying for and what they are selling….is NOT! We bought a brand new queen size box-spring, and mattress from them for our guest room 8 months ago. Now, a large section on the inside of the mattress literally collapsed. No structure, it’s like a big round sink hole. It was slept on maybe 10 times. We’re completely disgusted and shocked. Please, do yourself and your family a favor…..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE the quality is horrendous and a complete waste of hard earned money. It’s sad and absurd to think you’d pay good money for a mattress like this and it only last 8 months in a guest room!! The owner “who doesn’t normally respond to negative reviews” quickly alerted me to the fact they don’t manufacture their products…. I never said they manufactured the mattress, what I said was….save your money, the products they’re selling are bad quality and that is a fact."

"We went into this store because we have bought mattresses from Mattress Firm in the past. We left empty handed and disappointed. This is no longer a Mattress Firm store and the man in the store did nothing but badmouth Mattress Firm and brag about how much he knew about mattresses, and how his daddy was a big shot at Simmons. Unfortunately, instead of listening to us and what we needed, he argued and told us we didn't know what we were talking about. I'm sure there are better mattress stores in town, but I think I'll take my chances online."
