"HAD TO CALL THE COPS TO GET MY REFUND THEY TRESSPASSED ME AS RETALIATION! was paying on the bed for my daughter right after I was almost choked to death had to move out my apartment to another County paying $400 more a month and could no longer afford paying on a bed I didn't have for my kid. I spoke to Carter and she told me she was going to bat for me and that I just had to pick the check up from Rincon. Haven't heard from her in a few days so I called and spoke to Benji asked him if she updated him on what we discussed first thing he said was I could tell you right now you ain't getting no refund! I was shocked I was like what do you mean?? Y'all still have the merchandise I never got it!! They still had the bed at the store. I only had 400 left I offered to pay half of it if they could please let me get the bed for my kid sleeping on an air mattress that just busted. Benji declined my request I went back to Carter she said he's new and she'll handle it she said Chris was out of town and he has to sign the check. But he was on vacation for the holidays. Then I stopped hearing from her so I had no choice but to call Benji back. He will still saying I'm not getting a refund saying I can get a store credit. I no longer had a need for store credit I already bought something somewhere else it was my money and they had my merchandise that's illegal to keep people's money and the merchandise. He was really nasty to me saying all types of condescending statements when all I wanted was my money I didn't want no trouble. I was already told by the manager I was getting my money back but he wanted to give me a really hard time and continued to abuse me disrespect me and hang up in my face. I called Rincon PD they told me to meet them there. I did and I stayed outside like the officer instructed. He went in and came out saying that they agreed to write my check but I'm trespassed. Trespassed as if I was being disruptive in the store but I was outside the cop went in. Today is January 17th I still haven't gotten my check I was afraid they sent it to my old address. I called and called no one answered. Something Shady. I left a VM breaking down in tears asking why are they causing more harm to someone who's already a victim of A violent attack. All I wanted was my money to move on with my life. And Benji mistreated me to the point where I felt like if we were in person we would have gotten to a confrontation. I continued asking him why is he treating me like this all I wanted was my money back because I didn't need that bed anymore he hung up in my face!!!! I called the Sheriff's office to escort me so that I covered myself and not get in trouble. They trespass me I'm sorry I had to get a refund because I didn't see a tragedy coming that made me almost lose my life, everything and I need my money back because of my circumstances! I've never been trespassed without being at the store. It was retaliation cuz he didn't want to give me my money back but him and Carter on two different pages she'll tell you she's trying to help you but she just be fronting. So now the Savannah Store not even answering when I call because I'm supposedly trespassed for nothing. All I wanted to know was where they sent the check because if they send it to my old address it was not going to get to me I couldn't even call to ask about my check I thought that was a good company they hired a prick. And that's fine but they trespassed me because I will never go back! I have a whole bedroom set for me and my daughter not just one bed! I'm sorry that my existence irritates them Benji had a vendetta against me because he waited to send my check on purpose just to hinder me he could have gave me cash cuz I paid cash oh he could have gave me my check in my hand. So since this store feels they were right about how they treated me being African-American & a victim of a violent crime at that. Now I got to deal with Benji abusing me on the phone and he don't even kno me so of course I had to get an escort and I still got trespassed without even being on the property"

He pointed out the Mlily floor demo mattress for half off and threw in a nice memory foam pillow to go with it!
