"They treat their employees like garbage same with dq and taco bell my girlfriend works here and she’s treated terribly. The GM said she wants to fire her and told her if shes nervous she should just quit. This is only one of the examples of mistreatment."
"I went to KFC for 2 famous bowls and fries. They charge me for 2 sauces I didn’t receive, and i never recieved my fries so i go back in and ‘Rose’ told me a combo meal does not include fries. What sense does that make."
"The food was really good but I thought it was abit overpriced. I noticed several tables that were dirty and it wasn't busy at all. I like the friendliness of the staff, although I'm clue with VR game talk. I would go back but perhaps order something different due to price."
"Ordered food online. Arrived 40 mins later to pick it up, and it hadn't even been started yet. Service was minimal and customers were ignored. Same with the atmosphere. Had others requesting to get some help but no sense of urgency or want to help customers. I gave the food 2 stars because they do have the best recipe but when you get home and your request for all dark meat is mixed and shorted, I will not give any higher rating."
"Worst service ever! They take your order, you pay. Then they ask you to pull around to the front. 10 cars later we are all waiting on food. They continue to take orders. At one point an employee comes out to ask for our receipts then goes back inside. Now we have to continue to wait. 30 plus minutes later I ask for a refund so I can go somewhere else and they refuse to provide a receipt showing proof of the refund. The manager is maybe 18 and way over her head. I will never be back, in fact probably never go to another KFC. And the money never showed up in my account which I am sure is in someone's pocket. BEWARE."
