"The food was hot and fresh but the customer service was very good. I forgot to get her name but I will make sure I ask for it when I return tomorrow. She said I'm going to personally make your strawberry shake. When I tell you that was the VERY BEST STRAWBERRY SHAKE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY 59 YEARS. I have been going to this Sonics for about a year now but no one have ever made my shakes this GOOD. I call there to let her / her manager know how great she was but they never answered the phone. Thank you to the young lady for being you, good hot food and the FANTASTIC STRAWBERRY SHAKE. See you tomorrow..."

"I despise Sonic, generally speaking. I go because my family loves the mozzarella sticks. HOWEVER, this was the friendliest team I've encountered in the food service industry in the last few years. The staff alone would have made up for the fact that Sonic is notorious for having habitually overcooked/dry food. Again, a big HOWEVER, the food came out fast and was pretty fantastic. My husband loved the butter garlic burger, and the classic chicken sandwich was cooked perfectly. Definitely can not stress the staff's friendliness, not just 1 employee, the entire team! Well done!"

"Don't know why the employee running the fryer made the conscious decision to ready up under-fried onion rings, but that was ridiculous. Burgers were sloppily made and not presentable. You'd think considering the wait time, they'd at least hand out quality products. Quite the waste of money. The wife said that the manager was very cheerful, which is great, but as a district manager myself for close by establishments, this was embarrassing and unprofessional."
