Jersey Mike's Subs

"Was there tonight 11/16 at about 5pm. When I walked in I could hear the employees in the back. I waited a couple of minutes then finally one of the girls basically stuck her head out and apparently said “hot or cold sub” Between the music playing and her barely coming out of the back I couldn’t hear her. She was obviously annoyed with that and just having to be bothered with a customer so I asked her if I was bothering her. Another customer came in right about then and it was obvious she was wondering what was wrong with her. The other employee came out and finished my sandwich without any problem. I know it’s hard to find good workers anymore but customer service is important. I saw a couple of other reviews that were almost word for word the same on this point. It is a bit pricey but the sandwich I had which was the Italian was so good! Almost as good as the deli on Long Island where I’m from."

"I placed a catering order for 25 people, or so I thought the night before I needed the food. I never realized the order didn’t go through, so when I showed up the employees were not aware and the food was obviously not ready. I fully expected them to tell me they would not help me out, but instead the got to work and finished it in just 20 minutes. Incredible service and amazing people! In todays world, that’s hard to find. A HUGE thank you to those employees!!"

"Their Food and Customer service is amazing when Ariana, Ally, Taylor and The Young men Tae and Kevin are working. They are extremely friendly and put a smile on my face every time I go there which is often. The young man Kevin is not their often even though his hot subs are amazing. The three times I had them two in the same day ( I had to come get another one) they were exceptional. I have been many times when they are not there, and the atmosphere was not the same. nor was the service. many of my friends have the same feeling about these workers. Good job!!!!!"

"This review is made on the first day that they opened. It was an outstanding experience. The main gentleman in the middle making the subs was super cheerful which from the start made the Jersey Mike's experience much more pleasurable. We joked around and discussed the hidden menu subs. Hospitality goes a long way. The food itself is the top notch, fresh quality that you come to expect from the Jersey Mike's chain. We ordered 3 subs and they were all fantastic. The only knock on this location is seating. There isn't a whole lot of seating and only a single table for 4. The others are for 2."

"Happy they are finally open! I Door dashed my order; big kahuna and regular Philly- both steak and It was really good! Please don’t go downhill like every other restaurant in this town! Will definitely order again!"
