"We called ahead and told them we are a group of ten. And asked if they could take us and how long is the wait. They said they could take us and the wait was 15 to 20 minutes. We arrived about 10 minutes later. Told them we are the party of 10 who just called. The receptionist at the door told us that we were too many and had no tables. Then she said wait here and went back. (I assumed she talked to management) She came back and confirmed there was no room for us. I understood that. We are a party of 10 after all. (Even remembering that I called ahead.) I offered to split my family group in two, so five and five on different tables. She said “I would be too uncomfortable for the waiter” I even explained, we don’t need the same waiter. Then she said that the booths are designed for 3 to 4 people. So I understood that what she was really saying was “we don’t want to think, serve, or work much” She offered no solution not care. So I turned around and took my family to a better place. We happily spend over $400 elsewhere that night."
"This was my first time eating at the restaurant. The food was amazing. However, our server (gentleman, never got his name) was a little rude. Not, only did he cop attitude when he thought I had ordered and I told him no I hadn't ordered yet. We had a party of 5 and we could barely finish ordering, and he was like menu. Felt very rushed throughout the ENTIRE meal. The food was great, so that made up for it."
"Don't go here on Thursday night or any night that they have special event going on. The place is a mad house and service zero. Working out of town staying at hotel next door. Ate there ever night for two weeks. Thursday night only got half my order and that order was still wrong. Waiter never stopped by until 20min after was done eating. But the had trivia night and everyone else was having fun. NOW any other night food is great with good prices and decent service. Large selection."
