"I went thru the drive thru about 7:30am and was parked to wait on bo berry biscuits took them over 45 min to bring them out to us.. you would think they would have more prepared so the wait wouldn't be so so very long.. other the the very very long very long wait time food is excellent.."

"My order was supposed to be ready at 7:27 . I got to the drive thru window at 7:26 and let them know I had a mobile order and they told me to park in the curbside parking. 7:48 I ended up going inside the store to see if my order was ready and they never started working on it. I am highly displeased and that is completely unacceptable. I waited over an hour from the time I placed my order to the time I actually got my food . I finally received my food At 8:10. I requested online for someone to contact me and for me to get a refund and I have heard NOTHING ! I am livid !"

"I went through the drive thru tonight, no one else was in line before or after me. I was asked to pull into a spot, no big deal, but it took 15 minutes. I had to ask for my drinks, another 10 minutes went by & I finally walked inside myself. I got home & my meal was incorrect. We all have bad days, I typically would let it slide but walking in to see the employees standing around giggling vs making sure the one car in the parking lot was taken care of would’ve been nice."

"It's absolutely horrible. I stopped in to place an order, and there were 5 cars in the drive-through and no one inside. So I attempted to place an order, and they told me it would be a 15-minute wait on chicken. There were young guys coming in and out from the back kitchen area with their pants off of their butts and using profanity. The so-called store manager did nothing. So he asked if I wanted to place an order. I said no. You can cancel it."

"Let me start by saying, whoever I spoke to for the majority of my trip, be it the manager or shift lead, whoever he was, was doing the best he could. He clearly cares, and is caught in a unfortunate situation. I pulled in to the drive through, one vehicle in front of me. Made a simply order. Two 5 piece meals, two sweet teas, and a berry biscuit to share. Why, did I have to wait 30 minutes for this? The car in front of me got their food and sped off. I had to see here and wait 30 minutes for mine. The cars behind me had to wait. After I had paid, and was asked to pull up, I know I was forgotten about, because I finally pulled around, and everyone acted like they had no idea who I was, besides the manager, who was running around trying to do everything. In the window, people were standing around talking, not doing anything. Nobody knew what my order was. My sweet tea tasted old. What was the deal? If you had told me it would’ve been a 30 minute wait, I would’ve gone somewhere else. But instead, you took my money, and then I was stuck. I get things happen. But a half hour wait in my car, for mid food is crazy. No free drinks? Not even any extra sauce, that I had to explain to them three times? I know everyone has bad days. But I never even cared much for Bojangles to begin with. I won’t be back."
