"If I could give 0 stars, I would prefer that… this place has the absolute WORST customer service. I tried getting an auto-quote renewal and it took weeks…. and then when I got the quote, she totally misrepresented the price and messed up the coverages. We have since moved and have been trying to cancel our flood insurance (which is not mandated by our mortgage company) and it’s been nearly a month and we still can’t get them to cancel the policy. I can’t even count how many calls I’ve actually made to this company— I am shocked they are in business and can function with this type of customer service."
