"Compared to the website this place is false advertising. Took a couple days to get an appointment scheduled. I filled out the forms online for the office to reach out to me and I never got a phone call and after two days of calling at different hours I got an appointment. I walk in and one of the receptionists looked 18 and had an attitude which blew my mind. Also, there was people yelling on the phone, on speaker, in the waiting room and they smelled strongly of weed. I usually don’t care about things like this but the whole vibe was ghetto. And on their website it says they do veneers and when I arrived they told me they don’t do veneers ?! Why have a whole cosmetic procedure tab on your website when you don’t do anything cosmetic except crowns? What a waste of time. The guy who did my x-ray was nice and the dental assistant that informed me that they don’t do veneers was nice and apologetic, but I just left and didn’t get anything done."

"By far this is the best dentist I have visited. The costumer service is great the treatment is even better. The staff and the doctors are very professional and sympathetic. I love this place."

"I waited a while to post my review but this is the worst dentist office in the whole csra! I don’t even see how they are even still open and able to keep the license. They broke one of my molars while trying to pull out my wisdom tooth and failed to inform me or compensate me for the damages they caused. Not only that but I had tooth fragments still in my gum and had to see an oral surgeon in all it took me a month to heal but I’m still having pain from the broken molar. It don’t matter if it’s the son or the dad they are both HORRIBLE! if you want to keep your smile and save thousands in repairs go somewhere else"

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! TIME AND TIME AGAIN!!!! Don’t ever waste your time here because they will definitely waste yours! You can arrive to your appointment an entire DAY early and you’ll be sitting and waiting in the waiting room, the X-ray room, the actual dental room for EVER! You’ll get anesthesia and given the suction tool to suction your own saliva yourself. WHY?!? They prescribed me medication I was ALLERGIC to and even the correction he made was not correct. Some lady comes in and apologizes and says you’ll be serviced shortly only for another 30-40 minutes to go by for her to say the same thing! They have the nerve to have a cancellation policy with a fee but service like this??? PLEASE! NEVER AGAIN!!!! I literally walked out. If you value your time, don’t waste your time here. This one star is way too much than what they deserve."

"My appointment was at 2 I waited for about 30 minutes before I was called back. Where I waited another 30 minutes for a hygienist. They took x-rays but no one came to discuss their findings with me better yet I never seen the Dentist. My hygienist kept leaving the room like he was dealing with 2 patients at the same time. Equipment was old and outdated. I was told I didn't have to pay anything and upon leaving was slapped with a balance and was told it was mandatory that I pay then they couldn't bill me. I have never felt so mistreated in my life I definitely will NOT be back."
