"I moved to Augusta last year, and I found it very hard to book a new dentist. After an exhaustive search, this practice was one of the few that was accepting new patients. I had my initial first visit last month and I was quite pleased. First of all, I was able to get a 7:30AM appointment, which is very unusual for a dental practice to offer. The office is very relaxing, and for an early morning, I noticed that all of the staff looked happy and upbeat. I had to wait less than 5 mins before going back for my services. When I got to the back, my hygienist was very detailed and was able to quickly assess my treatment. I was also very pleased to be able to have the cleaning done on the same day as my first appointment. A lot of dental offices require patients to come back for a 2nd appointment to get a cleaning. The hygenist informed me that I needed a deep cleaning due to the amount of build-up below my gumline, and I was able to have the procedure done during the visit. After I had the cleaning done, the dentist came in to examine my teeth. He found a few issues that needed attention, but he did not try to force me to have the work done (like a lot of dentists do). I really felt like this dental practice is all about making sure the patient is taken care of properly, and I didn't feel like they were trying to run up my insurance and get as much as they could (like a lot of dental practices do). I am really pleased with the staff and the way they go above and beyond to care for my dental needs."

The staff is super friendly, and the Doctor is really good! I had a needle phobia until I came here. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a dentist."

They are very patient & do great work, I witnessed a variety of dental work & they got it done with ease. All the patients left satisfied and Dr. Westmoreland made sure of that because he make sure your mouth is comfortable and close to normal as possible. They also are very sanitary. Ms.Maya greeted me with a bright smile and soft voice calm my nerves so good. Didn't mind all the question I, had she was awesome with me great personality. "I found this dental office via Google. It was also in-network with my insurance. My hygienist, Lisa is always gentle and kind. My appointments are easy to schedule. I am flexible too with my visits and sometimes am able to be seen earlier than initially scheduled. The waiting area is clean, organized, refreshing, and relaxing. The exam rooms are also private and isolated from other patients. The dentist is efficient and provides excellent care. I’m really pleased with the service I receive at Westmoreland."
