"The staff at this business act like they are the only place to get pool and spa support. I stopped using them for pool chemicals years ago because all they would do is over sell me on chemical products to make a buck. I lowered my operating cost on chemicals drasticaly when I started getting my water tested at Leslie's in Savannah. I have only been doing business with B&M when it is related to my spa equipment becuase they are the only dealer for Marquis Spas around. Well that ended today when I went in the store to get support on a power cable that I bought from them several months back that has now failed. After waiting for about 15 mins for an answer they came back and told me that they only warranty electrical items for 30 days! Customer service at this place is awful, great way to stand behind your product B&M. Today was the last time I ever step foot in your business."
