"Called pharmacy at 5:30 pm on a Monday to be told it would be sometime tomorrow before they’d even try to fill rx bc they were understaffed, that 4:30 was too late for my dr to have sent ex in. It was a controlled substance so I couldn’t have the rx transferred. When I tried to explain to the lady on the phone I was injured and needed the rx she slammed the phone down and hung up on me, not surprised since she was down right rude and condescending taking to me. I will never return to cvs and Ive been a customer for decades."
