"Be forewarned! If you have a Nissan do NOT have your car serviced at the Vaden Nissan dealership on Abercorn St in Savannah, GA. I just recently had a sunroof leak in my car and they charged me $850 to clear a clogged drain line. The also claimed because of the water that my brakes also need to be drained. They kept my car for 3 days and when I picked it up I discovered two large scratches on the hood of my car. It appeared as though someone had dragged something off the hood. I spoke with the service lady who investigated and verified by photographs that the scratches were not there when the car was brought in. She said they would be contacting me to fix the scratches. That call never came and I have tried numerous times to call them but have to leave a message. It's been close to a month now. They have completely ghosted me. So, just be forewarned that they WAY overcharge for a simple service and damage your vehicle in the interim and refuse to own up to it. Update: I spoke with Mary Ann in the service department yesterday and she assured me that they had not forgotten me (even though it has been a month) and that she had contacted a Gerber's Auto Body shop to do the work. She said she was waiting to hear back from them with a schedule. She would let me know when that was. Hmmm, so today I call Gerber's myself and asked them if they could repaint my hood. She siad they could but only work with insurance claims. I told her that Nissan scratched my hood and they would be paying. She said they do not do any kind of work for companies like that. I asked her if Nissan had contacted them and she said "No, we have not had any calls from Nissan". So now Nissan lies right straight to my face!?! Unbelievable! Guess it is time to file a suit. They have no intentions to fix the damage to my car."

"Saralyn made buying my first car so much easier than I anticipated! She even broke down my payment timeline for me when she noticed me getting overwhelmed with the initial numbers she gave me. Sean was beyond helpful and severed as the fatherly figure I was missing that day being as I was on my own for such a big milestone. Justin made sure I got the best insurance rate and even offered to help me again in 6 months if I wanted to look for a different provider. Overall, I couldn’t have imagined going to any other person or dealership. I’m beyond happy with my new 2023 Nissan Rouge!"

"The service agent was very professional as well as friendly. He explained to me why I didn’t need the oil change that I went in for because of my low mileage. He did advise me to have the tires rotated and an aligned. When the work was completed, I was told that there were two recalls on my particular vehicle, it was checked and found no problems. As always, great service!"
