"I found online, what I thought was a great deal on a car; contacted the dealership to start the purchase process. The online purchase started out smooth but when I committed to the purchase thing went SOUTH big time. The dealership IMMEDIATELY DELIVERED the car the next day, however the games started the final price, I was lied to about financing (my credit score is close to 800) and then the communication with the sales persons and the dealership STOPPED. Two weeks later I was told to get my own financing because I was turned down for financing with them or I needed to return the car; I asked for a cash price for the car with a discount for all my troubles with the dealship (that offer was turned down) I was told I was asking for too much. Finally got the financing need for the car, if I had to go through this again with the customer service this dealership provided I believe I would walk. Chatham Parkway Subaru customer service AFTER THE SALE IS TRASH!!!!!!!"
