"This store is on Abercorn Street Savannah. I have been treated completely differently from the Pooler store. The young man helping me was up front on wait time, and when he thought it was running longer he came and spoke to me. Completely different then being told I have a 3.5hr wait when I made an appointment for service in Pooler. We make appointments so we don't have the wait time. The Abercorn Store is where I will go from now on."
"We were traveling from Florida to Pennsylvania and found out we had a nail in our tire. We tried Sams, Walmart, and other retail tire places from Brunswick to Savannah (including Mavis across the street) and no one could help us or seemed to want to. Sams told us the tire couldn’t be fixed and the others either didn’t have the correct size or wouldn’t fit us. We called Hunter at Discount Tire and he was so kind and helpful. He told us they had the size of tire we needed but felt that maybe they could fix the tire. We arrived and they made us feel so welcome. They fixed the tire and didn’t charge us a thing! So thankful we called! I highly recommend calling Discount Tire first for your tire needs."
