"We stayed there for a night during our visit to Savannah and the stay was budget friendly and comfortable. The person at the front office Mr Andy was nice and also guided us to visit the Pirate Festival which was happening the same night and we felt thankful as it was a great experience."

"The housekeeping are absolutely horrible, the one guy came inside the room and saw a few hairs in the tub and asked for $10 just because he had to clean it up, but that’s literally his job, so why would I have to pay him for that? He was also yelling at me because of that. SAVE YOUR MONEY, do not waste it on this place. You could get a much better motel room for this price without having to deal with horrible room service. I will never be coming here again."

"The night auditor was very rude and disrespectful! We drove from Miami and tried to get a room around 6am because we were tired and wanted to rest and not to mention I have a 6 week old baby!! And it’s cold outside!!! He was very very rude he said we couldn’t check in early so I went to ask if I could pay for last night and then tonight he was still rude with me and said that I couldn’t do that. So I asked for the managers name he said that I had to come back for the manager I asked him what time does the manager come in so I can come back he said he won’t give me that information. So I asked what is the managers name again he said he refuse to give me his name. He also said that he wouldn’t give me his name so I can file a complaint against him. He is the white man at night shift with the beard. He doesn’t need to be an employee at this hotel because he has horrible customer service!"

"The white man with the bald head, and grey beard is very racist, hostile and rude! My experience at my room was okay until the following morning. The maids were very nice and I appreciate them. I woke up and was going to pay for another day at the room, but he was saying I already checked out and someone had took my deposit already. I was confused because I paid $154 for the room, I paid the deposit, the early check in fee, and the room price, but his co worker had messed things up a bit and gave some random person my deposit. So he called his co worker and she explained that she messed up. He started getting frustrated at me and started yelling at me, I was being respectful as I could be, I didn’t curse or yell at him. Once he got off the phone, he was irritated with me, but it wasn’t my fault at all. So I’m just like it’s not my fault sir, and he continued to yell at me louder and louder so I said im not staying here I’ll just go to another room. So I packed my things and fortunately I did get my deposit back. But he was very hostile with me and mad at me when I haven’t did anything wrong at all. He was so hostile and so mad for no reason. It’s not that big of a deal I didn’t understand why he was yelling at me. It made me cry because I felt some type of way about the situation, I tried to tell one of the maids but I don’t think he really understood what I was saying. So while I was explaining to the maid, the man comes out and says “he doesn’t understand what your saying anyways”. So I felt very helpless. It’s no way a person should act like that towards someone it was traumatic. I liked my room I wanted to stay another day there but I just couldn’t . I hope the owner sees his attitude on the camera. I don’t respect that kind of behavior. But I also remained calm and just got another room somewhere else. I was terrified of that man."

"On the downside, I left with several bites on my body that appear to be bedbugs. But I want to acknowledge Ron, the engineer who was manning the desk at the time of my arrival. A booking site botched my reservation. But he helped resolve it, and even gave me a discount for my troubles. Even gave me tips on how to avoid such a mishap in the future. He gave 5 star service. Thanks, Ron."
