"This is my first negative experience in any escape room ever. We did the Suburban Serial Killer room, and multiple clues were missing or damaged in the room. The first obvious clue was damaged (so the clue was telling us the wrong numbers). Then we asked for a hint and the clue giver told us incorrect information—to use our code (the wrong code) on a different puzzle. We lost 20 minutes to these errors. Later, they had to pause and interrupt our game to actually place a missing clue. When we asked for clues, the game master was unhelpful (see: incorrect clue above or way too cryptic to be a clue). Once we found the second issue, we completely lost our ability to trust the room. It didn’t seem like there was any TLC put into this room or our experience. The environment was really cool and so was the room setup. I really would like to try the place again but for $200 for 5 people to play a game for just an hour, the game really should work flawlessly so I won’t be coming back for a while"

"Okay first, the vibe of this place is awesome! The Hideaway Lounge with games is a great time all on its own. We also enjoyed the escape room that we did. We did the CSI suburban serial killer room, and it was a fun mix of puzzles. It did feel a little repetitive at times because ultimately all of the puzzles led to unlocking padlocks but we still had a lot of fun and there were a lot of moving parts!"
