"They will never answer the phone for to-go orders, they always get your order wrong, and I understand why they're never busy. The staff doesn't care. I highly recommend they fire the management/staff and rehire a group that will make a difference vs keeping it the way it is."
"Horrible service. Order was completely wrong and it was loaded with high school kids that was very disrespect. But back to my order. It was wrong but hot. And didn't want to refund. My meal came with onion which I specifically said I'm allergic to. Got charge for grits and eggs also but only got eggs. Don't go eat here after 12 on a Friday. They always too busy enjoying the crown and not the customers"
