"Staff has no clue had to handle emotional support animal. Asked inappropriate questions regarding why customer needed the animal - what the animal did for customer. Very inappropriate. TV didn't work and heater didn't work. Paid over $100 for one night - overpriced."

"Smells a little mildew like. The fan comes on in the bathroom with the light switch and sounds like it is going to fall out and there's no way to go to the bathroom while someone is sleeping without waking them up unless you go in the dark. Oldest smallest flat panel tv I have ever seen in my life. Cockroaches in the window sill, luckily dead ones (I guess). Even the AC doesn't work unless you keep it on the constant fan setting. When its compressor kicks in it sounds like a power generator. Sink doesn't drain. The toilet seat is falling off. At least there aren't any blood stains or bullet holes in the room. Also realized that the phone doesn't work, the beds are only slightly softer than boards, and the luggage cart is "out of service"..."

"BEWARE! This place needs a major overhaul. We arrived for a birthday celebration in Savannah and my family had to check out after 10 mins of checking in. 1) We had to wait 15 minutes before anyone came to assist us. The lady was very kind when she did arrive but the facility appears very understaffed 2) Hallways smelled and seemed unkept 3) Room also had an odd odor 4) Room curtains were falling off their tracks 5) ROACH was spotted in the bathroom and we left immediately after. We had to search and find a last minute hotel booking in the middle of the night due to this poorly kept establishment. It almost ruined the weekend."

"This was my first stay at an Extended Stay America Hotel. From my experience at this location in Savannah Midtown location 5111 Abercorn St it will be my last. Had I arrived before 6:00 cancellation time I would have cancelled. Being in a city due to an emergency medical situation not knowing the area thinking the hotel from online reviews it would be fine near the hospital. Wrong: Had to wait for desk clerk to come back to sight 15-30 minutes. Once in the room it was a terrible stale air and food left on the floor which wasn’t a clean room. Moved to a second room with a roach crawling around and smelled was there too. Old kitchenette, only one plug for use and no cups or glasses to use in room. Had to ask for towels and an iron. Poor conditions. Highly disappointed with this hotel."

"I booked 2 nights at this hotel and I just stayed 1 night, will NEVER EVER return. Got my key and walked into a room with a puddle of water from the AC in it. Moved to another room, shower did not work properly, almost no hot water. Noisy as hell and the other “extended” guests you can hear screaming and yelling on the phone from the 3rd floor. Homeless people outside and no no housekeeping. Ask for someone to clean our room and no one showed up. Absolutely not work it. Should have believed the reviews, but thought it could not be so bad. Left Savannah and not even the sights would save the trip cause of the bad stay. Breakfast is even worse, no coffee at 8:10am and it’s not worth it. You have to take your own wet towels to reception. I did not expect this from such a place, it ruined my whole experience of Savannah. Never again….I will give this place a -0"
