"Went for a tire patch (which is now $40), and that side of things was fine. GM was great and personable but my issue is with whoever drove my vehicle after everything was done. They left oil/grease all over my steering wheel, my seat and my center console. Took me a few hours to get everything out. I have never written a review but this was completely uncalled for and easily avoidable. I won't be back"
"I’m usually a client for oil changes and tire management at another Mavis location in Savannah, but after a recent visit I instantly recognized a drastic decline in leadership and morale. I decided to take a chance and go to this Victory Dr location and I was instantly greeted by Shawn— who is both professional and knowledgeable! I didn’t realize he was the manager until later. He is a humble leader who leads a great team! There’s nothing misleading or unclear, as a customer who understands vehicles to a decent degree, I still have questions and concerns- which Shawn expressed clarity and confidence… with excellent communication. I’ll be going to this location regularly now! Thankyou Shawn & his crew!!! A++++"
