"Store manager tried to rip me off out of $2,100 job! I first took my car here to get a diagnosis done to figure why my power steering fluid was leaking and also had some shaking and knocking coming from front right tire side. They told me what needed to be fixed allegedly it was the rack and pinion and power steering hose that cause the leak, and also tie rods needed to be replace to stop shaking from right wheel. I let them do the job. I picked my car up and the next day it was still leaking and shaking. I took it back the store manger said that it wasn’t leaking and the shaking was a whole different problem from what they allegedly diagnosed it. Me and the store manager got into a confrontation going back and forth with words when I got back up there because he was telling me that there was no leaking which was a lie!! Luckily the regional manager was up there, which is a very helpful person. He stepped in and took me to look at my car. Turns out they didn’t even replace the tie rods, so they charge me about $400 for work was not done and looking under the car on the rack you could clearly see power steering fluid leaking from the bottom of the car.Anyways he found where the leak was coming from and had it fixed correctly. If it wasn’t for him my car wouldn’t been fixed. Also he refunded me for the tie rods that was supposed to be fixed, which wasn’t even the reason why the car was shaking. If it wasn’t for the regional manager being there that day, I would’ve been ripped off out of $2,100 and my car wouldn’t been fixed. I would’ve have to call corporate. Store manager not trustworthy at all!!!"
