"I didn’t really have the best experience here. They did a diagnostic on my vehicle that was incorrect. I need to know who puts “possibly” within the problem statement? For a professional you should be able to tell exactly what the issue is. The lady at the desk was very polite but I could tell she did not really know what she was talking about. I wasted my money with a company I thought was possibly professionals."
